Raj Neupane, the founder and Managing Director of Bespoke Excursion Team, was born and raised in Dhading district, which is connected by the Manaslu and Ruby Valley trails. From a young age, he developed a passion for exploring the hilly region and connecting with people from different places because he was connected by tourists and trekking team. After completing his School-level education, he moved to Kathmandu for higher studies and to kickstart his career. Although he couldn't join the trekking sector, he found his calling in the hospitality industry, working in renowned hotels like Sheraton and Le Meridien for 10 years, both in Nepal and overseas.

However, Raj's hunger for the tourism sector persisted, leading him to join as a trekking assistant in 2011. With a positive attitude, a quick learning ability, and strong leadership skills, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a team assistant and eventually a team leader. In 2023, he took a significant step by establishing his own trekking company, Bespoke Excursion.

Raj Neupane boasts extensive experience in the trekking field, having led groups ranging from solo trekkers to more than 50 individuals across various trekking regions in Nepal, including Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and many more.
